I might get myself some for heavy bag work.
@TheOnaLisa2 i own a pair of bag gloves they are too little in size 12oz nobody really makes anything bigger and they arent much help either i have some fairtex ones
Also, you’d wanna use the heavier ones the harder you hit. There’s no sense in hitting super hard on the bag with not enough padding. And about them getting harder overtime on the bag…it then makes it less ideal for sparring.
yea, its just that heavy bags will make them dense/hard overtime. thats why there are “bag gloves”
so are they good for bag work?
