Win-less junior middleweight (154 pounds) Bryan Brooks has served as a sparring partner for eight-division king Manny Pacquiao, three-division, five-time titlist Shane Mosley, six-time champion Floyd Mayweather and ex-belt-holder Antonio Margarito.
In this video, Brooks offers his opinion of who will win between the 32-year-old Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 knockouts) and the 39-year-old Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs) when they meet for Pacquiao’s WBO welterweight (147 pounds) crown in a Top Rank Promotions, HBO pay per view televised bout on May 7 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
Pacquiao also owns the WBC’s junior middleweight (154 pounds) belt and has not lost since March of 2005, a run of 13 straight fights that include eight knockouts. On Nov. 13, Pacquiao routed Margarito (38-7, 27 KOs) by unanimous decision for the vacant WBC junior middleweight crown at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
Mosley lost a one-sided, unanimous decision against Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs) in May of 2009, and is coming off of September’s junior middleweight split-decision draw with light-hitting, ex-champion, Sergio Mora (21-1-1, six KOs). Mosley recently split with Golden Boy Promotions.

Ines Sainz of TV Azteca is a Mexican television reporter who had been hired by Top Rank Promotions to cover the HBO pay per view televised Nov. 13 clash featuring WBO welterweight (147 pounds) titlist and eight-division king Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 knockouts) earning the WBC’s vacant junior middleweight (154 pounds) title over ex-champion Antonio Margarito (38-7, 27 KOs) at The Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
On Saturday night at the Pond in Anaheim, Calif., Sainz will be covering a main event featuring WBA interim super flyweight (115 pounds) titlist Nonito Donaire (24-1, 16 KOs) of the Philippines, who is considered “The Next Manny Pacquiao,” against Ukrainian WBA bantamweight (118 pounds) champion Voldymyr Sydorenko (22-2-2, seven KOs).
Both Sainz and Donaire’s wife, Rachel, are black belts in Tae Kwon Do. If a battle was staged between the two, Top Rank CEO, Bob Arum, said that he would promote it, Donaire’s trainer, Robert Garcia, said that he would work one corner, and Nonito Donaire, another corner.
But would you pay to see it?
