Top Rank CEO Bob Arum spoke to FanHouse in this Q&A regarding Manny Pacquiao, to whom he will most likely propose an April 16, Las Vegas bout at the MGM opposite either five-time titlist ‘Sugar” Shane Mosley, a third fight with WBO and WBA lightweight (135 pounds) king Juan Manuel Marquez, or one against WBC welterweight belt-holder Andre Berto.

Arum told FanHouse that he has received proposals for what would be an HBO pay per view clash for Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 knockouts) from the representatives of Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KOs), Marquez (51-5-1, 38 KOs) and Berto (27-0, 21 KOs), although he knows that the public would prefer a match up with six-time champion Floyd Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs), whom Arum has not heard from.
