this is me speed bagging after just a few days practice 
i got tips from the speedbag skunks video’s, watch them they are great if anyone has any constructive critisism please feel free to comment thanks. i used a medium sized tuf wear speed bag on an everlast stand.

@sunnyahsan1 sometimes it does if i hit it a hard as i can for a while but not much, it has 50kg of weight disks on it

Yup! I’ll post a video up on here once i get it set up then i’ll most likely make another of me training on it eheh! my speed bag is made by everlast tho it’s a 6×9 it’s fast!
well i tell you what its living up to its name of “tuf” so far as i cant see much like wear in it at all and iv had it a while now
i should do a new video to be honest i have got a bit better again i think, are you goin to put one on of your double end bag?

i know i need one but that was on my phone lol il use the digital cam next time. i didnt do much like different punches like missed out doubles and elbows etc but was only a quick vid
Ite lad, ya need a better camera but otherwise ya gettin better… like i said if cam better i would look ace
