Welcome back, did you check out this awesome street fighting program, it rocks

@badboykilla89Two Dude, good advise. I’ve actually been boxing and doing mma since I was a kid. I now teach mma, so your advise was right on. Since I posted this, I learnerned that my rope was too light! So I threw it away and started doing drills with resistance bands along with my bag training. 2 two hour work outs a day; I lost 17 pounds and got my 6 pack back! 5 five minute rounds on the bag. 1 25 minute session with the bands, 6 days a week. Weights every other day.
Peace.
@44rumblefish dude u shud go boxing its much better and you will learn quicker thats how i learned now im jus sikk at it!
@ptboxing
Thank you for responding. I will do as you suggested. By the way, I checked the length of my jump rope and it was the perfect length for me. So it is my form not the rope. Thanks again for your help.
Dan
@44rumblefish If you make sure to keep your elbows into your sides and just rotate your wrists rather than your entire arm, you should be good. When you stretch your arms out, it shortens the rope. Also, you must keep momentum going. If you rotate the rope too slowly, it will hot your head.
I have been looking for an hour on YouTuble to find out whether or not the rope I just bought was too short for me. Dude answered my question, saying that the rope should come about up to my armpits when I stand on it; I keep getting hit in the back of the head every 10 or so passes. I’m pretty sure I just suck, as I started only today. I’m going to go find out now. But if any of you experienced people know what I might be doing wrong, please share. I want to get decent at it. Thanks.
straight up bro..me too!
i like the fact that he choose a girl to do the jumping
lol i cnt skipo savemy life haha
he means like making the rope go round is with ur wrists. i think
skipping is a great way to burn calories, and its so cheap yet efective and easy, i reccomend doing this work out for 20-30 min every day, 20min=burning approx 250 calories
keep skipping
I rope for 30-60 min everyday using my wrists and i feel fine. Maybe you need some practice or a good coach. Oh maybe thats why your looking for instructional videos. Get a clue and learn something.
if she was my gym partner…ill never gonna miss a session..PROMISE!! ^^
its the best
