that’s not bad mate, you have good power, the speed is there, you have to work on it but it’s there, the only thing you really need to improve it’s your punching technique, you should definitely train your technique before moving on speed. Try to punch straight forward instead of coming from the outside. Good power, need a bit more speed, and train a lot your technique before everything. Good luck man.

@thekansaskid3149 aha thanks man, and actually yea i have i just wanna find a decent boxing gym to train at but there isnt any available where i live so i’m gonna keep training at home until i find someone to train me or at least a boxing gym

Nice Job, Have You Ever Thought About Being A Boxer?

  • farmer759:

@JeffVT1 k will do, thanks man

  • JeffVT1:

try turning your fists palm down more as you contact the bag. it will put more of your body weight into the punches.

  • farmer759:

@Joeboxer89 aha thanks man and na i dont wrap em, i should but to lazy

  • Joeboxer89:

Damn hott vid guy, shirtless and gloved up and working that bag, do you wrap your hands?

  • samurimaster500:

    yes

  • kidefro:

  • samurimaster500:

  • samurimaster500:

yea true i have been thinking a little bit more with some moves

  • thesnakedude20:

kicking is way more power full if you get them in the head wit a kick they are not going to get up its hardly pussy!

  • sandfordmill:

yeh, when i personly fight i never kick, if you do its a bit pussy unless your life depends on it.

  • samurimaster500:

    thanks for the help dark

  • darktim99:

“kickboxing and others ive forgot” you never forget the styles you TRAIN in.
lets see you hit the bag mate! that kicking first thing in a fight i can understand but the success rate of that is small actually working. a front or thrust kick would be the right kinda kick. but to be honest you only kick when you KNOW 100% that it will work. you dont kick to the head unless your opponent is rocked! trust me ive done this a few times and the success rate increases AFTER you’ve slowed them down.

  • samurimaster500:

every one has there own ways of fighting but i like that better because my legs are stronger than my arms so if i kik you you in the head you be knocked out in 1 second

  • thesnakedude20:

kick first in a fight? eh no offence but that is one of the stupidest things i have ever herd kicking is a lot more tireing then punching!

  • samurimaster500:

    thanks malc

  • johnjayrambo11111:

    great video eric

  • KKKowboy:

Those aren’t rappeling gloves, they’re MMA gloves. The ones I wore in my video are not designed for use in boxing/MMA, they’re for rappeling, hence the name.
I actually had those exact same gloves though.

  • MasterofDisaster17:

cool, nice gloves and vid 5 *****
