stores.americanfitnesssupplies.com Bag gloves are a great way to practice on the punching bag without traditional gloves and still protect your knuckles from getting cut. These gloves have a very thin layer of padding around the knuckles, are double stitched to insure that the gloves will not ripe, and have a water proof liner to help keep the inside of the gloves dry.

    foot work bad
    no head movement
hands are down after your jab your right hand goes down then u punch
    your hooks are wild
    elbows come out after punching

you need to think were is open wen u punch then minimalize chance of somebody hitting that spot and try throwing good combos not just straights

it seems like your pretty open to a rigth straight to the soler plex and uppercut to the left side of you rib cage and sometimes even a left hook to the liver

but im not a professional fighter or teacher but if i was sparring you i would start jabbing and straight roight to the solar plex

@bnschamp aha thanks man, yea for sure i will definately add some head movedment to my workouts and get better at not getting hit

  • bnschamp:

Start adding head movement to the workouts. Move your head in anticipation of where you think a counter may come from. for example, when you throw a jab the other fighter will often try to counter over the top with a right hand so lean right away from the punch. When you throw a straight right the other fighter will often throw a left counter over the top so lean left. Predicting punches is the easiest way to avoid getting hit.

    @imax1971 only 40 pounds

  • imax1971:

How much does that bag weigh?

  • JeffVT1:

always treat the bag like another fighter not a bag. It can and will hit you back if your guard is down or you aren’t looking at it. chin down and into your neck to keep it that extra inch or more distance away from the opponents’ fists.

    nice

@devo2746 aha thanks man i noticed alot of flaws, so ima try to fix em

  • devo2746:

youve improved actually alot. your really throwing more precious and tighter punches and your hands are always up. … just when your throwing the 1 2′s dont throw your right till your left jab is back and blocking your face already otherwise your setting up for a counter and plus itd be less predictable.
    keep it up bro!
