Here is a drill you can use to help develop you counter punching and reaction time. I love using the elbow blocks from the Crazy Monkey Defense Program developed by Rodney King. this is yet another use for the P90X bar that i have not yet seen on other videos, the P90X bar holds 300lbs and yes 100lbs is alot more heavier than you think and i mostly use it for speed and coordination, just remeber its not my fault if you break anything and the Bar is really good but it cost me with 5day shipping but i love it and it hasnt failed me yet

We use Crazy Monkey in the combat jujitsu that I do…works great…seems to make it easier for me to use elbow strikes without telegraphing them as much as well…

and after a week or two your fist becomes de-sensitized
although it wont really hurt as much, you can still F’ up your hand easily
i bought some $20 gel gloves, and 16oz training gloves
i have clipped the wall 2 twice
but thats cuz the gloves are so damn big
and all it does is leave a little white streak
man if you miss the bag trustme IT WILL NOT BE FUN!
@jacobvids yea make sure u put towels in front of the door frame otherwise u get black marks and bigger indentions
dont use a chain because it cuts throught the bar over time
(it scratched the hell outta mine)
