this is yet another use for the P90X bar that i have not yet seen on other videos, the P90X bar holds 300lbs and yes 100lbs is alot more heavier than you think and i mostly use it for speed and coordination, just remeber its not my fault if you break anything and the Bar is really good but it cost me with 5day shipping but i love it and it hasnt failed me yet
