It was a style mismatch. Like when Foreman beat the shit out of Joe Fraizer… TWICE. But I’d still say Fraizer is easily the better heavyweight. It’s just too much of a style mismatch.
But Buster was still brilliant none-the-less. But that wasn’t a prime Tyson. Tyson’s prime was super-short yeah, 85-90. After that it was slowly down hill with occasional glimspes of old-Tyson.
But if you watch the 2nd fight you can see Evander butting him constantly, once is excusable, twice… Ok but like 3/4 times, I would of probable bit of headbutted the cunt back too because the Ref wasn’t doing anything.
Buster beat him because of will as you said. Tyson wasn’t on form that night, he hadn’t trained and he had idiot cornermen trying to put his eye down with a condom and water.
No actually if you watch both Holyfeild fights then you will see the butts. It’s not just Tyson to claim Evander, Holyfield is known for being a dirty cunt.
But no, the 1st Tyson vs Holyfeild was a genuinely good match. He stopped Tyson in the 11th round but it was pretty much fair, not much cheating either way. Just a solid heavyweight match.

The Holyfield “Cheated” excuse is laughable…Tyson could not beat Holyfield on his best day, so he cried & punked his way out of the 2nd fight, when he figured out he wasn’t going to win it, so he quit by chewing on some ear. Douglas destroyed a “Young” Tyson, because of his style & will. I see you did not mention that at all. Maybe it was the headbutt to the body, that Dropped Tyson the 1st time, when Holyfield put him down, in their first fight?

Ali was lucky, he had Fraizer, Foreman and loads others. The 70′s was the golden era for boxing.Even Ali said Tyson would of beat him.
Holyfield cheated in their 1st fight by constantly head-butting and the same in the 2nd. As for the Lewis fight yeah that was a genuinely great win by Lewis but Tyson was in his late 30′s, not even close to his prime.

Holmes had never been knocked out in over 70 fights up to that point and Tyson put him flat on his fucking back and he couldn’t get up.
Other than that if you don’t consider his 2 round fucking anialation of Trevor Berbick (who beat Ali) a classic knock-out or his 92 second knockout of an undefeated Michael Spinks great achievements I don’t know what you could.

Hmmm maybe… But prime Tyson honestly never fight VS a great boxer in his prime. Old Holmes and Spinks was his hightlight. He could not even KO 2 of the currect champs who was Tucker and Bonecrusher Smith.His style was cool cause he was very agrrasive but his overrated i think. He could not beat Lewis even in his prime i think. Lewis had never cuts in his whole career. I dont even saw coming blood of his nose from Lennox. He had a very lil cut over his nose VS Vitaly when he was almost 40.
