being raped is good, gives extra stabilization for your joints in your hand/wrist, and prevents cuts opening on ur knuckles and also prevents ur skin from being rubbed to much in the glove.
If u dnt have access to “bag gloves” and use sparring gloves for the bag, i must insist u hit the bag with only 60% of your strength and work technique. plus you will ruin ur “sparring gloves” on a heavy bag.

DO NOT use sparring gloves on heavy bags. bag gloves have extra padding for the hard hitting, u dont wnt to hurt urself hitting a heavy bag.
