These are the worst gloves I have ever worn. A little work on the heavy bag made my hands feel like they were about to break. The gel is way to hard and does not protect the hands at all. It is downright painful to wear these golves. The felt good at first and fit well. I liked how they protected the wrists but they killed the knuckles and tops of my hands.
