  • Nice gloves.. except the thumb position. My thumbs in the gloves are almost vertical and there is so much material I couldn’t bend thumbs into proper punching position, causing some really nasty jams and fractures in my thumbs… don’t buy these if your actually boxing people.

  • If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I don’t know why they even still make these, as they should be illegal–and so should all that laminated foam rubber stuff they use in karate.

The materials break up easily; the stuffing shifts and starts flying all over the place. I could give tens of reasons why these are not only inferior, but complete garbage right out of the box.

Everlast in general simply isn’t good: low quality materials, design and workmanship, but these win the prize for all time worst sports equiptment in my book.

I recommend buying entirely Ringside–and this is coming from an experienced full-contact fighter.

  • First of all, I always respect EVERLAST quality. But the idea itself to make a boxing gloves without a loop velcro or lace is just weird, how can it be fit for any buyer which have different shape and size of the wrists? It’s just plain weird (I meant to say something worst, but ….mmh..no), make it easier to put in and out? not really since the designer try to “balance” that no velcro or lace idea up by making it very tight to get our hands in and out!! I mean tight, tight!! even without any handwrap, most people will have a hard time putting them on, especially if there’s no one around you to help put them on to you. We, as great human being, will some way to put them on anyway, but that’s not the point. It’s way too much trouble just to put them on just by saving your time not ot place a velcro or tying laces? how about your wrist injury risk? this one’a just palin weird, even from any other gloves maker, the idea itself just plain weird, unfortunately I’m commenting to this one by EVERLAST, actually by any other company, this is just plain weird, make sure get the velcroo oor lace one.

    Thanks
