  • iEXTR3ME:

  • JoydivisionFTW:

@ShastaHawk lol im kidding, i thought you would catch on to power = speed speed =power lol

  • ShastaHawk:

@JoydivisionFTW Once again, we have somebody who does not know what they’re taling about because that does’nt make sense. You can have power by being fast, it boils down to momentum of your strike, but it’s a VERY RARE individual who has bulk and can move fast. Personally, I rather be of average build and fast rather then a musclebound goon who can’t move out of the way of a punch or throw a good one in return

  • JoydivisionFTW:

@ShastaHawk speed = power and power = speed

  • ShastaHawk:

@JoydivisionFTW Actually, he’s working on a REFLEX BAG and not a HEAVY BAG. The difference is that a reflex bag is used to work your speed and coordination while a heavy bag is to work your power and conditioning. What you should have said is put some speed in those punches

Great job!! Looking good mate. I think Ill buy one of these.

  • apdachamp:

i agree w/ easycheesy. always bring your left back to proper guard or you’ll most likely get caught. you’ve probably gotten a lot better though seeing as this was made 2 years ago. nice work.

  • JoydivisionFTW:

put some power in those punches!

  • pbr2424:

Looking good. Look like a natural.

  • JnOProductions:

    impreessive

  • easycheesy123:

Dont get lazy w your left. It looks like your dropping it after a double up. Bring it back in quick and tight otherwise you will get caught on the way out.

  • biloxipunk:

all you need now is a lil more foot work and a lil more speed in those punches

  • jougetsu:

    happy birthday ^^

  • brianprime:

been boxing and now kickboxing for 32 years, theres no trying to box about it, you hit and duck pretty good. my birthday tomorrow and my wife said what do i want? was wondering about one of these, now convinced. cheers

  • lunchbox6248:

Good idea with the stump. Got one of these two weeks ago and the top of it is completely torn up now. Thanks alot everlast.

  • auggiemetalo:

good work you should also have a buddy hold focus mitts and move to simulate comback the bacg is stationary but real movement is key

  • nickhallnh40:
